Earthworks in Murray Bridge & Gifford Hill.
Gifford Hill, on the western side of Murray Bridge, is planned as a new community of about 17,000 homes over roughly 40 years. Its first stage, about 1,100 homes on 116 ha, went to public consultation in August 2026, with land division, early services and lots to follow.
The ground and the work in Murray Bridge & Gifford Hill
Murray Bridge is part of our Civil service area, about 65 km from the Adelaide CBD along the South Eastern Freeway. Estate house-site packages, pads, drainage and fencing are all scopes we take on here.
The area's geology mixes granite, limestone and clayey sands, and local reporting describes the Gifford Hill land as stony paddock country. We price from the site's geotechnical report and a walkover, with rock handled as a documented variation where it isn't expected.
