Riverlea at Buckland Park is one of the largest master-planned communities on Adelaide's northern edge, approved by the state for about 12,000 allotments over 25 years. New precincts keep releasing, and every one of them turns into hundreds of house sites that need a site cut, a pad, service trenches and stormwater.

The ground is flat former plains near the lower Gawler River, and the estate's approvals include a flood-mitigation strategy and a dewatering investigation. In practice that means levels matter: pads are built to the finished floor level set for the lot, and stormwater goes to the connection the estate specifies, not wherever is convenient.
Plains clays here are typically reactive. We work to the lot's geotechnical report and site classification, compact pads in layers with moisture control, and provide test results to the builder.
